Önder Gümrükleme was founded in 1981 by Fuat Özdemir. Mr. Ozdemir had previously served in a management position in the Turkish Customs Authority.

The company started its operations under the name of “Fuat Özdemir ÖNDER GÜMRÜKLEME” as a sole proprietorship. In 1981, the company structure was changed to a limited liability company and changed its name to “ÖNDER GÜMRÜKLEME DENIZCILIK ve TIC. LTD. ŞTI”. Since this time, the company has continued its impeccable services twenty- four hours a day, seven days a week, without any changes to its title.

In addition to ÖNDER GÜMRÜKLEME DENIZCILIK, our sister company “ÖNDER GÜMRÜK MÜŞAVIRLIK HIZMETLERI LTD. ŞTI ” was founded in 2003 as a result of European compliance laws and has been providing consultancy services to our companies quickly and immaculately since then.

In 2010 Önder Gümrükleme reconstructed its higher management; Kaan Özdemir, who graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in the U.S.A. with a Bachelors degree in International Business in 2003, and Fecir Özdemir, who graduated from Long Island University CW Post in the U.S.A with a Bachelors in English Language Teaching in 2009, joined and our family company formed its current identity.
